To make chamomile tea, start by boiling water. Place 1-2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers in a teapot or mug and pour the hot water over them. Let it steep for about 5-10 minutes. If desired, add honey or lemon for flavor. Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy its soothing properties. Remember to consult a doctor if you have any allergies or medical conditions before trying any new herbal remedies.

To make chamomile tea, start by boiling water. Then, add 1-2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers to a teapot or mug and pour the hot water over them. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes before adding honey or lemon for taste. Remember to strain the tea before drinking to remove any leftover flowers. Chamomile tea is known for its calming and soothing properties, perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. However, it’s important to check with a doctor to ensure it won’t interfere with any allergies or medical conditions before incorporating it into your routine.
