Brazilians are very fond of lobsters: what ways to prepare this ten-legged crab have not invented! You can taste these exquisite culinary masterpieces in a restaurant or cook them yourself. If you don’t have lobster, you can use prawns instead.
We will need:
2 kg lobsters,
2 kg potatoes,
3 tbsp. Spoonfuls of butter,
0.5 cup parmesan cheese,
1 l of milk,
salt.
Mayonnaise:
0,5 cup olive oil,
2 eggs,
1 ch. a spoonful of mustard,
1 tbsp. a spoonful of English sauce #479
0.5 cup ketchup,
salt.
White sauce
:
2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of parmesan cheese,
1 onion,
1 cup cream,
1 Tbsp. Spoonful of margarine,
1 l of milk,
2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of flour,
salt.
Method of preparation:
Mashed potato the potatoes, milk and butter and place them in a large rectangular fireproof dish. Boil the crayfish in salted water, peel it, and slice it into large chunks.
For the mayonnaise, with a mixer or blender, whisk olive oil, mustard, eggs, English sauce, salt, then add ketchup. Mix the crayfish with the mayonnaise and place in a dish on top of the mashed potatoes. For the white sauce, fry onions cut into rings until golden in margarine or butter, add flour, salt, and stir and pour in milk. After heating, remove from heat and whisk mixture with a mixer until smooth, then mix with cream and grated cheese. Pour the sauce over the lobsters and bake in the oven until soft.
