Tannoy is expecting a curious addition to its lineup: The British manufacturer of Hi-Fi speakers announced the release of a compact Bluetooth-speaker LIVE MINI. This news is even more interesting because before in the company’s range of anything similar did not occur. And though to the official premiere has not reached yet, we with you now can get acquainted with it in absentia.

In short, the manufacturer himself describes LIVE MINI in the phrase “with music for life. At the same time, we’re not just talking about a portable speaker – this is Tannoy speaker system and that means that the bar of quality in all key aspects is very high. According to the official press release, the model is very compact, weighs less than a kilogram, and still sounds as good as many full-fledged floor-standing speakers. No need to write about the stylish design and workmanship – by these criteria Tannoy models are always close to the benchmark.

As it should be a device of this kind, LIVE MINI is positioned as the best friend of an active music lovers. And it is true that usage scenarios can be very different: from cycling tours and beach holidays to noisy parties and family outings in the countryside. *Original sound converters. Special LF Low Frequency passive radiators and full-range drivers with 1.75″ neodymium magnets deliver accurate, detailed sound with distinctive bass.

* No wires needed. Built-in Bluetooth module provides a reliable connection and allows you to use phones, tablets and other personal devices as a source of content.

* Great autonomy. Thanks to the high-capacity lithium-ion battery, LIVE MINI is able to work in standalone mode for up to 10 hours – enough music for a long time! The included adapter can be connected to the speaker directly which is convenient when you’re away from home , and through a special charging base “home” version .

* Bass for rock and beyond. Two oval passive radiators 3 x 1 are responsible for the reproduction of the lower frequencies here.3 x 1.5″ , which amplify the bass and give it more depth.

* More Sources! For connoisseurs of traditional solutions the LIVE MINI speaker provides the possibility of wired connection of MP3-players and other external media. Standard 3.5mm jack is located on the back of the housing and does not violate the overall aesthetics of the device.

* Size doesn’t matter. One of the key characteristics of the speaker is compactness: size of the model in three dimensions is only 63x186x65 mm. Nevertheless, its power is 16 watts and the sound quality exceeds all expectations.
