Lime sorbet

We will need:

3 limes,

100 grams of sugar,

125 ml. water,

2 egg whites.

Cooking Method:

Peel a lime with a peel tool, squeeze the juice from the lime and immerse the peel in this juice for two or three hours. Make a syrup of sugar and water see Raspberry sorbet and when it cools, pour it into an ice cream maker. Add the juice and lightly whisked whites and chill for about 20-30 minutes.
