LG NeoChef microwave ovens provide high heating accuracy enough to fire a ceramic product

The company LG Electronics LG has introduced an amazing project, which implemented with its latest model of microwave oven NeoChef. In collaboration with Daniel Les, a famous Romanian artist and potter, LG’s new microwave oven with Smart Inverter technology was used to fire ceramic products. This cutting-edge technology has created beautiful and sturdy porcelain dinnerware in a variety of shapes and sizes.

This project started with a simple question: can ceramics be fired without using a traditional oven and fire?? It usually takes a lot of effort in preparation for firing to ensure even heating over the entire surface of the material being worked on. To create the right conditions, the porcelain items had to be kept in the oven overnight while maintaining the same level of heat.

In fact, the key to ceramics firing is strict control over the level of heat penetrating into the material. If the NeoChef microwave oven can’t distribute that heat evenly over the entire surface of the source material, the finished porcelain will crack. But thanks to the Smart Inverter technology, which gives you strict and precise temperature control, I thought it was still feasible.”.

When firing, you have to pay special attention to keeping the heat steady and even. In the NeoChef kiln, excellent porcelain has been obtained thanks to the advanced Smart Inverter technology that provides precise control of the set power level in the range of 200 to 1,100 Watts for uniform, efficient and accurate heating. With a maximum power level of 1100 watts, this microwave cooks food faster than previous generation models. The project itself was a clear demonstration of the efficiency of LG’s technology, as seven NeoChef microwave ovens were eventually used to effortlessly produce a variety of ceramic cups and plates.

After successfully completing a joint project, LG and Daniel Lees used the cookware they had made to prepare gourmet meals in the same microwave oven. Smart Inverter technology implemented in NeoChef helps users cook at a professional level. For instance, it can be used to proof dough, melt chocolate and butter, and for many other special dishes that require special conditions, such as yogurt and French fries3 with little butter.

Also, the LG NeoChef has a minimalist design that is very user-friendly and in line with the latest fashions. A glossy front panel combined with a subtle matte finish gives the microwave oven a sophisticated and refined look. The ergonomic rounded pocket handle and round setting knob, provide an optimal level of comfort for users. And the simple, intuitive touch control system makes settings as easy as possible.

Special anti-bacterial easy-clean interior coating EasyClean helps keep the oven clean by preventing the spread of up to 99.99%5 and makes it possible to clean the inside of the oven in just three movements. Stable hexagonal turntable support provides increased reliability thanks to six base support points.
