King pizza

For the dough:

Large kitchen appliances

250g flour,

25g yeast,

1 cup milk,

2 eggs,

1 tablespoon sugar,

0.5 teaspoons salt,

3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

For the filling:

500g tomatoes,

200g cooked ham,

2 tablespoons olive oil,

100g grated cheese ā€œEdamerā€,

12 olives,

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare: make yeast dough, let it rise, knead thoroughly and put onto oiled baking tray. Peel and slice the tomatoes into circles. Cut thin strips of ham.

Layer the tomatoes and ham on top of the dough. Top with olives. Sprinkle with pepper and grated cheese.

Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
