The other day I was on a visit of an acquaintance, and there I was treated to a very tasty and appetizing dish. I never thought that so familiar foods in combination with each other can be served like this. After learning the recipe I decided to please my family. It cooks quickly, so I did not have to wait for the weekend. This is a recipe to share with you.
Needed:
Chicken fillet – 2 breasts
Onions – 2 heads
champignons – 350g
Hard cheese – 150 gr
sour cream – 250 gr
Thin pancakes – 20 pcs
Smoked cheese
Salt, black and red pepper
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
Greens – bunch of parsley or dill, lettuce optional
Preparation
We cut the chicken fillet into 1.5 cm cubes, fry in a pan until golden brown. We cut the champignons in slices, put them on a heated pan and, stirring quickly, fry them. Dice onions, add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
When the mushrooms evaporate, add the sour cream, the chicken already cooked, and simmer over low heat. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the pan, cover with a lid, turn off the stove.
Spread the pancakes on a tabletop, put the filling in the middle of each pancake, wrap the edges of the pancakes making a sack and tie with “strings” of smoked cheese.
We serve this dish warmed up with greens, parsley is perfect for it.
This dish will decorate any holiday table and amaze even the most capricious guests. For the originality you can put the sacks on the leaves of lettuce, the effect will only increase, and for fans of greens I advise you to add fresh parsley and dill right in the night.
Cooking time from pancakes to ready to serve, it took me about 45 minutes.
Bon appetit!
What is the best way to cut and store julienne in bags? Is it better to cut it fresh before use or should I pre-cut and store it in bags? How long can julienne be stored in bags before it loses its freshness?
