Innovative ASUS devices at Computex 2017

As part of the “On the Threshold of the Unknown” press conference at Computex 2017, ASUS CEO Jonney Shih unveiled the latest ZenBook and VivoBook series laptops: ASUS ZenBook Flip S UX370 , the world’s thinnest transformer laptop, ASUS ZenBook 3 Deluxe UX490 , the thinnest, lightest and most powerful ultrabook in its class to date, ASUS ZenBook Pro UX550 , ASUS VivoBook S15 compact 15.6-inch laptop, and ASUS VivoBook Pro 15, the highest performing laptop in the VivoBook series.

All new notebooks have full support for Windows 10 operating system features, including Windows Ink, Windows Hello, Cortana and Modern Standby mode.

Introducing the new products, ASUS CEO Johnny Shea said, “Today we want to once again demonstrate to you our commitment to excellence. ZenBook and VivoBook Series notebooks offer unlimited possibilities, reinventing the way we think about ultra-thin notebooks.

The exciting new ZenBook and VivoBook lineup, powered by seventh generation Intel® Core™ processors, gives users a slim, ultra-light notebook that combines high performance with unrivaled style.

After the press conference, everyone could visit the demonstration area to see all the new products for themselves. In addition, the demo zone showcased ASUS Blue Cave, a stylish, unattached Wi-Fi router, ASUS ZenFone AR, the world’s first smartphone with Google Tango and Daydream support, the 27-inch frameless monitor ASUS Designo MZ27AQ, and the ASUS Vivo AiO V241 and ASUS Zen AiO ZN242 monoblocks.

ASUS ZenBook Flip S UX370 : the world’s thinnest transformer laptop

ASUS ZenBook Flip S, which won the prestigious Computex 2017 award for design and innovation d&i , is the world’s thinnest2 yet one of the lightest transformer laptops. Combining elegant and sophisticated style with the convenience and versatility of a 360-degree rotating touch display, ASUS ZenBook Flip S has a body that is only 10.9mm thin and weighs 1.1kg. Innovative ErgoLift dual-mount mechanism allows the notebook to open 360 degrees, keeping the display securely in position.
