Acronis

The world’s fastest data protection solution provides SMBs with incredible ease of use when backing up data in virtual, physical, remote systems and on mobile devices

“Impressively, Acronis Backup 12 backed up every byte of data on every platform, whether it was a physical or virtual server, client workstation or in the cloud. At this point, the main competitor can’t do that,

– said Barry Nance, president of NTL. –

While Veeam remains focused on the needs of large businesses, Acronis offers an innovative solution for SMBs that is twice as fast and more than half the cost. Since Veeam provides only limited support and partial protection, we recommend that companies stop wasting time and money on such products.

Also, according to a report by Network Testing Labs, Acronis Backup 12, depending on the test scenario, recovered data 60-100% faster with a 43% reduction in recovery time Recovery Time Objective than Veeam Availability Suite 9.0. In addition, the report noted that Acronis Backup 12 supports both virtual, physical and cloud environments, while Veeam Availability Suite 9.0 works in virtual environments with severely limited endpoint support.

“Today’s SMBs cannot afford to lose their data and use slow or partial data protection solutions,

– says Sergei Beloussov, Acronis founder and CEO. –

Network Testing Labs’ test results show that if SMBs need a solution that is fast, easy to use and provides complete data protection, Acronis Backup 12 is the natural choice.”.

“We generate dozens of terabytes of data every day, and that data should always be at our fingertips,

– says Raffaele Boschetti, Head of IT at Italian Formula One racing team Scuderia Toro Rosso. –

Acronis provides full data protection and makes sure that valuable data for our team will not be lost, and if it does happen, it can be recovered as quickly as possible.

Products were evaluated in six categories: performance, features, ease of use, cloud support, informative reporting, customization and documentation. For completeness of the experiment, NTL used three different data sets: small 22GB , medium 235GB and large 4,200TB in 6 parts , and compared backup and recovery performance in each case.

Acronis Backup 12 supports all small and medium business workloads and protects company-wide data by backing them up locally, on remote systems, in private and public clouds, as well as on mobile devices. Acronis Backup 12 is the only solution that gives small and midsize businesses full control over the location of their data, systems and backups, as well as best-in-class virtualization protection capabilities. As a result, IT managers always know where their company data is and who has access to it, even when storing it in the cloud.
