Imperial coffee

Needed:

Imperial Coffee

3 helpings of espresso coffee,

3 egg yolks,

3 teaspoons sugar,

300 ml milk,

2 small glasses of brandy.

Preparation for 3 people:

Whisk egg yolks with sugar and brandy. Add hot milk and hot coffee.

Useful tip: Lightly whisk the milk and slowly pour it in at the very last moment. Best served with chocolate cake.
