Icelandic moss: who’s there? One hundred grams – for the immune system

Such a tincture I advise everyone, even healthy people – twice a year for two to three weeks. And in case of illness or after it – irreplaceable remedy.

Icelandic moss and alcohol boost immunity

How to cook?

In an ethyl alcoholic environment, Icelandic moss releases substances that strengthen and restore the immune system. Pour the ground moss a fraction of 1-2 mm on the third in a dark bottle, fill it up to the top with alcohol 60-65 degrees. Close and place in a dark place, shaking occasionally. After three weeks the tincture is ready.

How to take?

Strain and take adults a tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach, children – divided by age and, of course, diluted with juice or tea. Such a tincture I advise all, even healthy people – twice a year for two to three weeks. And during or after an illness – irreplaceable remedy.

Icelandic moss sounds intriguing! But I’m curious, who or what exactly is “there”? Is it a brand or a supplier? And how exactly does consuming 100 grams of Icelandic moss benefit the immune system? Can you provide more information on its properties and potential health effects?
