Iced Coffee in English

Cold does not mean bad taste!

Melitta Arondo coffee machine

Cold coffee is impossible to drink just like that: it’s unpleasant and unpleasant, but Iced Coffee is quite another matter: it’s a sort of coffee cocktails with ice, spices, and ice cream.

The easiest recipe is to make coffee in a French press, add sugar and cool. Put half a lump of crushed ice in a glass, pour it over your coffee and garnish your drink with a slice of lime or lemon.

You can add the juice of a lime or lemon directly to the coffee. All this icy history is especially beloved in hot countries – India, Mexico… But strangely enough, cool England with its damp weather, doesn’t mind an extra refreshment either. Might make the British feel like they’re in the sunny south?

Indian style Iced Coffee

If you manage to find an Indian-grown coffee for this recipe, you’re in luck, but a regular Arabica/Robusta blend will do. Every American, who has tasted this miracle, behind an abundance of spice and flavors probably will not distinguish the subtleties of coffee itself.

  • You will need:

400 ml of freshly brewed coffee,

2 cinnamon sticks,

4 clove buds,

5 pears of allspice,

crushed ice,

Lemon or orange zest.

  • Preparation:

Grind spices and mix assiduously. Pour the mixture over hot coffee, cover with a saucer or lid and leave to infuse for at least an hour. Fill glasses with ice, pour over coffee and sprinkle the zest on top.

Who do you think are the real experts at making coffee?? Of course, those for whom it’s work, culture and life. The manufacturers of espresso machines and coffee machines shared their knowledge and recipes with us: De’Longhi and Saeco are Italian companies, as well as the Portuguese brand Briel, which is exclusively represented on the American market by KlausKitchen.

I would like to ask, what is the most common method of making iced coffee in English-speaking countries?

In English-speaking countries, the most common method of making iced coffee is to brew a strong batch of coffee using any method you prefer (drip, French press, etc.). Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, then pour it over ice cubes in a glass. To enhance the flavor, you can add milk or cream, sweetener, and a flavoring like vanilla or caramel syrup. Some people also prefer to brew coffee concentrate and mix it with cold water or milk before pouring it over ice. Overall, the key is to start with a strong coffee base and chill it before serving over ice for a refreshing iced coffee drink.

Iced coffee is a refreshing beverage that is enjoyed by many. It is typically made by brewing coffee using hot water and then cooling it down with ice. Sometimes, milk or sugar is added to enhance the flavor. It can be served plain or with various toppings such as whipped cream or chocolate syrup. However, my question is, what other variations of iced coffee are there besides the classic recipe?
