HyperX unveils expanded lineup of gaming peripherals at Computex 2019

HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology, Inc., has announced a new line of premium gaming devices. It includes the HyperX Alloy OriginsTM mechanical gaming keyboard with new HyperX switches, the HyperX Cloud AlphaTM S gaming headset with the popular dual chamber technology and a new low frequency slider, as well as the affordable FURY DDR4 memory module with Plug N Play technology and a new heat spreader design, and the new FURY DDR4 RGB memory module with software control with NGenuity.

HyperX’s new products at Computex 2019 include:

Alloy Origins Mechanical Gaming Keyboard- The new HyperX Origins mechanical gaming keyboard uses HyperX mechanical switches. The new HyperX red switch features a 45g pressure point, shorter actuation distance, and is designed for 80 million presses over its lifetime. The Alloy Origins keyboard features dynamic open LED backlighting on the key switch, providing more RGB backlight brightness. Alloy Origins also offers the ability to create up to three customizable backlight profiles that can be saved directly to onboard memory for easier customization or to use macros1. HyperX NGenuity software allows you to customize the LED backlighting and the RGB key illumination1.

FURY DDR4 and FURY DDR4 RGB memory – The new HyperX FURY DDR4 and FURY DDR4 RGB memory modules are the cost effective, high performance memory upgrade solution for Intel and AMD platforms. Modules support Plug N Play and auto overclocking at default DDR4 settings 1.2 v. FURY DDR4 and FURY DDR4 RGB features Intel XMP-ready profiles optimized for the latest Intel platform. HyperX FURY DDR4 RGB features a smooth RGB3 LED panel and utilizes HyperX Infrared Sync to sync modules without the need for cables. The memory is compatible with backlight control software from a number of motherboard vendors including ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and MSI Mystic Light Sync.

HyperX at Computex shows a fully redesigned version of its NGenuity software with an intuitive user interface. New NGenuity will be publicly displayed for the first time on the latest HyperX FURY RGB memory. Software is available for download from the Microsoft store NGenuity .

Cloud Orbit S gaming headset – The Cloud Orbit S gaming headsets were developed in collaboration with AudezeTM and Waves® Technology. These devices were the first HyperX gaming headsets to feature Audeze’s patented planar magnetic drivers for audio clarity. Waves Nx® 3D audio technology delivers immersive, cinematic gaming audio. Waves Nx® head tracking technology creates a stable, hyper-realistic environment with 360-degree sound, where the user’s head movement brings space to life 1,000 times per second.

For the first time at Computex, HyperX demonstrates Orbit S headset gesture control. HyperX gaming headsets and Audeze and Waves technologies take audio quality to a new level – previously available only in audiophile headphones.
