Fountain Valley, CA – November 28, 2016. – HyperX, a division of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the world’s largest independent storage manufacturer, begins shipping to America two new versions of HyperX ALLOY FPS mechanical gaming keyboard.
The new products feature Cherry MX Red or Brown mechanical switches. This allows you to choose the keyboard with the settings that best suit you – the amount of pressure and key stroke length. The HyperX ALLOY™ FPS keyboard is also full-sized, yet takes up minimal space on your desk, giving you the freedom to move your mouse without sacrificing mouse movement – critical in the FPS genre.
All HyperX ALLOY FPS keyboards have a solid steel frame and Cherry MX mechanical switches in one of three different styles: Blue, Red or Brown. Red LED key backlight can operate in six modes, including custom.
The keyboard also supports a special gaming mode where the Windows button is disabled to avoid accidental presses, as well as anti-ghosting and N-Key rollover NKRO features. To give gamers even more convenience, the HyperX ALLOY FPS features a USB charging port on the back of the keyboard, and it includes interchangeable red WASD/1234 keys, a detachable fabric-lined cable, and a soft pouch to protect the keyboard in transit.
Marcus Hermann, CEO of HyperX.“HyperX is pleased to announce the addition of Cherry MX Red and Brown versions to the Alloy FPS line of gaming keyboards. Players who like classic FPS games like CS:GO or Overwatch will be able to find a keyboard that fits their personal taste, be it a linear/tactile switch keyboard or a tactile click-start keyboard
The new HyperX ALLOY FPS gaming keyboard has become an official Intel Extreme Masters keyboard and is used at all Intel Showcase Season 11 events. In addition, ALLOY FPS is recommended by popular gaming organizations NaVi Gaming, Echo Fox and Hell Raisers.
