Huawei unveiled the MateBook at MWC 2016

On February 21, 2016, at Mobile World Congress 2016, Huawei unveiled the Huawei MateBook, a premium 2-in-1 mobile device designed for today’s business users. The battery also charges quickly, taking just 2.5 hours, with as little as 60 percent charge after an hour of plugging in.

Performance

Huawei MateBook runs on Windows 10 and is equipped with the sixth generation Intel Core M processor. Its performance allows you to successfully solve all the key tasks and efficiently use the main programs needed for business, including Microsoft Office suite. Up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and up to 512GB of SSD storage capacity are available, depending on the configuration. Moreover, the careful selection of components and a detailed study of the internal design have completely eliminated the use of cooling fans, which means that the noise level in Huawei Hertz is kept to an absolute minimum.

MatePen is more than just a stylus

Handy MatePen stylus helps you take handwritten notes on the touch screen with ease and impressive precision. The tool recognizes 2048 degrees of pressure and lets you perform many different actions with virtually zero latency.

Advanced business users will certainly appreciate the functionality of MatePen in graphical editors and when working with mathematical functions the pen is also equipped with a built-in laser pointer, which will be useful during presentations.

MateBook features a built-in fingerprint scanner that securely protects the system from unauthorized access.
