HUAWEI announces the launch of a new notebook modification of the MateBook 13, featuring double the built-in 512GB of storage and an NVidia MX150 discrete graphics card with 2GB of RAM.

More and more users now prefer ultra thin and light notebooks. For all their appeal, these models often lack sufficient resources for gaming. HUAWEI unveiled the redesigned MateBook 13 to address the demand for more storage capacity and better graphics performance.
Like its predecessor, the new MateBook 13 is powered by the 8th generation Intel Core i5-8265U processor, but instead of Intel integrated graphics, it gets an NVIDIA® GeForce MX150 discrete graphics card with 2GB of memory and a 512GB PCI-e SSD. RAM capacity 8GB LPDDR3 2133 MHz .
The notebook is equipped with a lithium polymer battery with a rated capacity of 41.7W‧h 3660mA‧h at 11.4V . The battery gives 10.3 hours of continuous work without charging in video mode, 9.1 hours of work with office programs, 7.3 hours of browsing the Web the data obtained from testing in the laboratory HUAWEI .
Like the previous generation model, the new device features a 13-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2160×1440 pixels. The 200 PPI pixel density display has a wide viewing angle of 178° and reproduces 100 percent of the sRGB gamut at 350 nits brightness and a maximum contrast ratio of 1,000:1. Touchscreen version has Corning Gorilla protective glass.
The size of the new model has remained the same: 286 × 211 mm thickness of 14.9 mm and weighs about 1.3 kg. The new product is available in colors rose gold, space gray and mystical silver.
Price and affordability
The updated MateBook 13 will go on sale on June 6 at a recommended retail price of 76990 Dollars in space gray color and will be available at the official online store and partner stores.
