HP redefines the traditional approach to office printing devices

HP Inc. Announces its latest printing innovations that make it easy for today’s mobile workforce to combine “paper” and digital workflows. In addition, HP has added to its A3 range of printers and added new features that provide security to its fleet of printers and MFPs.

“The solutions we present and bring to market have been designed primarily with our customers in mind,” notes a spokesperson for HP Inc. Tuan Tran, incoming president of the company’s printer business. – “We’ve redefined the role of the printer in the work environment, and in doing so, we’ve given customers’ employees who are used to mobile and digital modes of operation even smarter and more integrated tools that allow them to work more securely and efficiently – anytime, anywhere.

Expanded A3 device portfolio for exceptional print quality and enhanced color reproduction

New HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M776 and HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M856 enterprise segment devices deliver excellent color reproduction for both marketing materials and documents. The new, improved print mode provides a wider color gamut as well as increased saturation for important marketing documents: proposals, booklets, brochures, etc.d. In addition, HP Custom Color Manager technology allows for consistent color reproduction for any document printed on any type of media without the need for expensive color management systems.

HP also introduced the HP Color LaserJet Managed E85055 which features a lower cost per print and is tailored to the needs of print service partners.

Security solutions simplify print fleet management

HP announces enhancements to its high-security software product. HP Security Manager 3.4 with Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol SCEP now provides access to a broader range of certificate generation services and simplifies the use of security certificates across the entire fleet of HP printing devices. Essential Security Policy is now integrated with HP Smart Device Services SDS so customers and partners can better secure their IT infrastructure.

Availability information

– Expanded HP A3 device portfolio expected to be available starting Nov. 1, 2019.

– Enhanced security features already available for HP partners. SCEP protocol support for HP JetAdvantage Security Manager is scheduled to begin in December 2019.
