Gentle Steam

Gentle Steam mode is available on the basic models of the range.

Steam is generated by adding water to a special container at the base of the appliance.

This way you get the results you want, and it’s perfect for cooking bread, meat, and fish with a soft texture on the inside and a crispy crust on the outside.

The display gives detailed advice on each step of the menu: how much water to add, what temperature and time to set, and at what level to place the food for even cooking.

Active Steam

Available in higher-end Core+ models, Active Steam allows consumers to more closely control the cooking process while using traditional convection and steam cooking simultaneously. On these models, a special compartment for adding water is located on the front of the oven. The right humidity level can be chosen: high 75% , medium 50% and low 25% .

Using steam at 140 to 220°C reduces food weight loss and shortens cooking time.

Total Steam

The flagship models offer Total Steam, which allows you to combine cooking by convection cooking with steaming, as well as cooking only with steam at temperatures up to 100 degrees. The simultaneous activation of Active Steam and Total Steam not only controls the humidity level on three parameters 75%, 50%, 25% but also guarantees 100% saturation of the food with steam. Water is also added to the steam system through a special compartment on the front. It’s perfect for cooking fish, eggs, vegetables, rice and cereals. The combination of modes ensures zero weight loss and maximum preservation of nutritional properties.
