Hotpoint introduced the Active washing machines.

Models are equipped with the innovative clothes care system – “Active Care”. Technology helps launder more than 100 kinds of stains at 20°C.

“ActiveCare” maximizes the preservation of color and appearance of products, so that even the most delicate fabrics can be loaded into the washing machine.

Three technologies for gentle care of clothes

● “ActiveCare” system includes three steps for the best result: “Active Mousse”, “Active Drum” and “Active Load”.

• In the first step, the detergent is mixed with water to form a thick mousse before washing. It intensifies the action of active substances, penetrating deep into the dirt for complete removal of stains. The efficiency of the mousse is comparable to classic detergents, but the result is achieved at lower temperatures, thus preserving the color and quality of items.
• The “ActiveDrum” function activates 10 combined drum motions, which allows you to remove more than 100 kinds of stains at low water temperatures.
• Intelligent ActiveLoad technology determines the right volume of water and the exact wash time depending on the quantity and type of laundry. This approach allows you to reduce energy consumption and water consumption.

The combined use of these technologies helps to remove as much dirt as possible at low temperatures, without pre-soaking.

The Double Power of Steam

New washing machines Active are equipped with two modes of processing clothes by steam: SteamHygiene at a low temperature destroys 99.9% of the most common bacteria on clothes, and during the 20-minute cycle “SteamRefresh” saturates the fabric with molecules of steam, destroys bad smells and smooths kinks.

Adding things while washing

With the new Stop&Add feature, you can add a forgotten item to the drum while you wash it. At the beginning of the program, the display shows a special icon that indicates when you can pause the machine and add more clothes.

The hatch door is made from high quality stainless steel, and the touch screen display is intuitive.

Fast and ecological

During some wash cycles, it is possible to run a special option “Rapid I Eco”, which allows the consumer to choose the mode: reduced washing time or energy saving. The technology is simple: one touch of a button activates the time saving mode, and the energy saving function can be activated by a double push of a button.
