Hot chocolate



– 300 ml of cream of 25-30 percent fat

– 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

– 100g of dark chocolate

– 1/4 teaspoon ground chili pepper.

Preparation: put the “Cappuccino” disk in the BORK B600 multishaker. Pour the cream and add the spices to the bowl, cover with the lid and set on the base. Choose the maximum temperature setting and start the whipping process. After 2 minutes, add melted chocolate, chili pepper for flavor and continue to whisk until the appliance stops, about 5 minutes.
