Ingredients:

Rye bread – 4 slices.
Chicken breasts – 2 pcs.
Ham – 4 slices.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Black pepper, basil.
Method: Mix mayonnaise, pepper and basil in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the bread and fry in a roaster. Slice along the roasted chicken breasts they can be cooked in advance . Place a slice of ham, tomato and chicken breast on each toast. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the pieces and bake until the cheese melts. You can pour pesto sauce or mild mustard on each breast additionally.
