Method of preparation:
Grind chicken breast and 1/2 of turkey breast in blender to purée consistency, cut 1/2 of turkey breast into cubes and add them to the stuffing. Combine with egg, milk, gelatin, mix. Season with salt, spices. Put the mixture into a baking bag, tamp it down, tie the bag. Place in a bowl on a steam plate, pour water into the bowl. Select Steam mode, level 2, time 45 minutes. Let cool cooked ham and place in fridge.
