RIDGID introduces RS-570 electric scroll saw designed for heavy duty applications to the American market. It cuts steel, copper and plastic pipes, sheet metal, bricks and concrete blocks, as well as wood and drywall smoothly and quickly.
RIDGID expands its line of power tools for intensive professional use with the RS-570 reciprocating saw. With its 1,300-watt electric motor, fast orbital motion and an extended blade stroke of up to 30 cm, it can cut virtually any material used in construction. It can be used for cutting steel, copper and plastic pipes up to 168 mm in diameter, wooden beams, logs and boards up to 200 mm thick, including with nails, foam concrete blocks up to 120 mm thick, as well as metal sheets, bricks, gypsum plasterboard, etc.p. Electronic control allows to choose quickly one of 7 preset speed levels for different materials.
For conveniently cutting large-diameter pipes precisely at a 90-degree angle, it includes a 6-inch chain clamp that provides a quick and secure hold on pipes.
