To prepare heart stew with vegetables in the multicooker SUPRA, you will need the following ingredients: heart meat, mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions, etc.), broth or water, spices (such as salt, pepper, paprika), and any additional desired seasonings (like thyme or rosemary).

To start, clean and cut the heart meat into bite-sized pieces. Then, turn on the multicooker SUPRA and select the stew/soup mode. Add a small amount of oil to the pot, followed by diced onions. Sauté the onions until they turn translucent.

Next, add the diced heart meat to the pot and cook it until it browns evenly. Once the meat is cooked, add the mixed vegetables and cover them. Let them cook for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Now, pour in enough broth or water to cover the ingredients. Add the desired spices, such as salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste. Close the multicooker lid and cook on the stew/soup mode for the recommended time. This usually takes about 20-30 minutes, but it may vary depending on your multicooker model.

Once the cooking time elapses, carefully open the lid and check if the meat and vegetables are tender. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Allow it to simmer for a few more minutes if you desire a thicker stew.

Optional variations or tips: You can enhance the flavor by adding Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, or a splash of red wine to the stew. To make it more filling, add cooked rice or pasta towards the end. Experiment with different vegetables and seasonings to find your favorite combination and enjoy your heart stew with vegetables prepared in the multicooker SUPRA!
