GRUNDFOS introduces new agitators for stirring up sludge in sewage pumping stations

GRUNDFOS concern launches new models of AMD submersible horizontal agitators.05 and AMD.07.

These mixers are designed for wastewater treatment: creating homogeneous suspensions of liquids with low or medium viscosity up to 500 mPa/cm and stirring sludge in tanks.

Pumps

All external parts of the new equipment are made of stainless steel and propellers of deformation-resistant composite material. AMD models.05 and AMD.07 can also be used for aggressive media, e.g. in industry and agriculture. The new agitators offer such major advantages as low cost, built-in thermal protection, cable with electrical plug, etc.. The equipment is installed to a depth of 20 m and is designed for intermittent operation up to 15 starts per hour.

The AMD models are available to order.05 0,42 kW and AMD.07 power 0,59 kW.
