Vector 3/3S Power Meter for Cyclists

Vector 3/3S is a compact design without a separate sensor that replaces the standard pedal on your bike. An innovative solution provides better ergonomics and, in particular, greater clearance when cycling through corners. And it’s easy to switch from one bike to another without any help from specialists. Its ergonomic design and ease of installation make the Vector 3/3S the perfect workout companion: Athletes won’t have to spend extra effort attaching the sensor.

Every professional cyclist knows that their technique is affected by many factors: overall physical health, how they feel at the time of training, whether they were injured, recovery time from a previous workout, and others. Vector 3/3S gives you the most detailed cycling data, so you can customize your workout to fit your personal riding habits. The device measures total power, pedal frequency, left/right leg power distribution, and time spent sitting and standing.

Vector 3 software updates and data synchronization is done via Bluetooth through the Garmin Connect Mobile app. The device is fully integrated with the Garmin cycling instrumentation system and can be updated with your Garmin watch, Edge cycling computer or phone.

Up to 120 hours of battery life. Vector 3 version comes with pedals, cleats, mounts and manuals. Vector 3s version comes with no sensor in right pedal.

Vector 3/3S will be announced later for sale in America.

This is such fascinating news! I wonder how Garmin plans to achieve an invisible power meter on bikes. Will it be a new type of technology or perhaps a clever integration with existing bike components? I’m also curious about the accuracy and reliability of this hidden power meter. Will it be as precise as traditional power meters? Additionally, I’m curious about the potential cost and compatibility with different bike models. Overall, I’m excited to learn more about this innovative approach and how it can enhance cycling performance.
