The beauty is that a kilo of minced meat this mincer makes in less than a minute and thanks to its reduced noise level it does not bother the housemates. Inspire and spoil your family!
We will need 10 servings:
Pork neck – 1000 g,
Garlic – 10 cloves ,
Salt – 1 tbsp.l.,
4 pepper mill mix – 0,25 tsp.l.,
Bay leaves – 5 pcs.,
Water – 150 g.
Also:
Pork Skins – 3 m,
Butter for frying sausages – 50 g,
Fresh herbs for decoration – 5 sprigs.

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into pieces that will fit through the feed hopper of the multi-food grinder. Pass garlic cloves through the press.
2. Put on large grate and put pork chunks through the meat grinder.
3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add the garlic and bay leaves.
4. Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator for 1 day. Use plastic, ceramic or glass containers with lids

5. Take the stuffing out of the fridge, remove the bay leaves, pour in the cold water and mix thoroughly.
6. Place all the necessary accessories on the multi-food grinder to make the sausages see 3.1 . instructions . Use a large sausage nozzle for large sausages.
7. Pull the casings pork bellies over the plastic nozzle. Act carefully not to tear the future sausage casing. Tie a knot at the end.
8. Place the stuffing in the feed hopper and use the pusher to guide the stuffing into the casing attachment.
9. Fill the casing with forcemeat, periodically making twists, so that the sausages get the right length. Prick each piece of sausage so that it does not burst during frying.
10. Boil the sausages for 5-7 minutes in boiling water, then fry in butter until browned.
11. Arrange the garlic sausages on plates, garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs and serve with a side dish.
Note:
Boiled sausages can be frozen for future use.
