Samsung Electronics announces the final testing phase of the Galaxy Fold, with sales planned for September in several markets. Details on where and when exactly the device will be available will be made public closer to the start of sales.
The Galaxy Fold is Samsungās first smartphone with a flexible screen, launching a whole new category of mobile devices. Since its first announcement earlier this year, the Galaxy Fold has been refined to provide the best possible user experience. ā Underneath the Infinity Flex display are additional layers of metal to enhance screen protection.
ā The gap between the hinge and the Galaxy Fold body has been reduced.
At the same time, Samsung continues to work on optimizing more applications and services for a unique foldable interface.
