– Almonds – 300g

– Sugar – 130g

– Water – 2 tbsp.l.

– Vanilla or a bag of vanilla sugar

– A pinch of salt

– A pinch of cinnamon optional

How it’s made:

Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon and water to the sugar, mix everything well. Put in the microwave for 1 minute, power 600 watts.

Add nuts to the sugar mixture, put on the same power for another 2 minutes. And so several times, until the nuts, evenly coated with sugar crust. Dried nuts in sugar put on paper, let cool.
