French dressing with honey, lemon, and olive oil

Number of people: 4. Cooking Time: 2 min. Place all the ingredients in a bowl with the mayonnaise maker and whisk for 10 seconds on Turbo speed until smooth. Serve with lettuce, goat or sheep cheese such as green salad .

– 1 tbsp. Spoonful of mustard

– 1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 tbsp. Spoonful of honey

– 4 tbsp. Spoonfuls of olive oil or any other vegetable oil.

Options: heat honey in a small saucepan until caramelized. Add the lemon juice and remove from the heat. Place the mixture in the bowl of a blender and add the olive oil. Whisk for 10 seconds on Turbo speed. You can also add a little lemon thyme.
