The FRISQUET Connect mobile app allows boiler owners from anywhere in the world to change their heat generator settings from a phone, tablet or computer. And service centers with Pro version can track these settings and errors in the equipment in real time to respond more quickly to abnormal situations. To see how it works, and learn to control the boiler through FRISQUET Connect will be possible at Stand A-2013 in Hall № 3 Hall № 13 of the exhibition Aquatherm-2020, which will be held February 11-14 in New York, Crocus Expo Exhibition Center.
Roman Gladkikh, FRISQUET Technical Director in America, demonstrates a white flat gadget about the size of a small notepad – 14.8 cm long and 6 cm high. “This is FRISQUET Connect, which connects the boiler with the appliance. It is suitable for all heat generators with integrated Visio® automation and hybrid boilers,” explains Roman Gladkikh. – It’s easy to set up: just connect to the Internet with a cable or a Wi-Fi connection. Thus, the boiler owner in order to control the boiler remotely only needs three things: Internet, electronic device and FRISQUET Connect application”.
There are five main modes in the app for boiler owners: home, setup, special features, consumption statistics and turbo. An intuitive interface allows you to manage heating, including multizone, and DHW.
In the “Home” tab you can activate the following modes: Economy, Comfort and Minimum. Temperature is set in “Settings”. Here you can also set the hourly time limits of the boiler. For example, at night the generator heats the house in economy mode, from 6:30 to 8:30 am in comfort mode, while everyone is at work – again in economy mode, and from 17:30 to 00:00 hours again in comfort mode. Also, special functions are realized: in the tab “vacation” the boiler is transferred to the minimum mode on the selected dates.
But that’s not all. The owner of a heat generator can allow remote access to the equipment to a service engineer. With the app for professionals, he can see all settings and errors, if they occur. “This greatly simplifies service,” says Roman Gladkikh, FRISQUET. – and most importantly – warns of a possible malfunction, when the analysis of current parameters suggests that an abnormal situation is about to occur. This notification comes only to the specialist, then the service center can immediately assess it and solve the problem more accurately and quickly. In this case, the service engineer does not need to “start” a separate smartphone for each serviced heat generator – several objects can be in one application.
At the exhibition Aquatherm-2020 the leader of the French market of heating equipment will not just demonstrate FRISQUET Connect – at the stand A-2013 in Hall № 3, Hall № 13 will be able to learn how to work with the system under the guidance of professionals. They will also tell and show what kind of boilers FRISQUET cooperates with – condensing heat generators of Condensation series and low-temperature Evolution will be presented at the exhibition.

This is fascinating! As someone who has never been to America, I’m intrigued by the concept of boiler control from anywhere in the world. Can you please provide more details on how this technology works and what benefits it brings? Additionally, how common is this type of system in American households, and is it easy to set up and use?
Wow, it’s amazing to hear about boiler control from anywhere in the world! As a first-time visitor to America, I’m curious to know more about this technology. How exactly does it work? Are there any limitations or potential security concerns? And finally, how widely is this system being used in America?
