The FaberHAVA and ILMATOUCH hoods have an exclusive system to prevent condensation which forms due to the difference in temperature between the hot air above the induction hob and the cold air below the hood.
They help to save the kitchen furniture for many years.
The Faber patented technology called Steam Off, designed to eliminate condensation when cooking. When you cook on an induction hob, there is a temperature difference between the hot air above the hob and the cold air below the hood. It dissipates steam by condensing water droplets all over the kitchen.
How it works?
In addition to the usual air intake, the Steam Off system adds carefully controlled eddies to the overall airflow. This creates swirls that accelerate the airflow in a vertical direction, optimizing air intake and collecting all odors and vapors in the kitchen.
