The Miele W 3164 WSS features a patented honeycomb drum with a maximum load capacity of 7 kg. The drum surface consists of small hexagonal honeycomb-shaped cells, which guarantees an improved washing quality. Between the laundry and the drum walls a thin film of water is formed on which the laundry gently slides, so even with spinning at maximum spin speed the laundry is not deformed.
One of the most important features of this innovation is a wide choice of automatic programs including special modes for washing of shirts, jeans and cotton clothes. So, the program “Shirts” prolongs the life of collars and cuffs, and greatly facilitates the next ironing of shirts, and the program “Jeans” preserves the fabric from loss of color, leaves no traces of detergent and prevents the appearance of ugly stripes and creases. Model W 3164 WSS perfectly washes stains even at low temperatures, and with special programs for silk, wool, fine linen and delicate fabrics the new model can be trusted even the most valuable items of clothing.
The model control system is intuitive and easy to understand: the remaining time indicator on the display allows you to accurately determine the time to the end of the program. Also, thanks to Watersafety the new appliance is spill-proof.
With the new model W 3164 WSS the space planning becomes even easier – because of its compact design the device can be placed in a row with a dryer side-by-side or in a column under the dryer, as well as installed under the countertop.
