Thus, today in the system RKXYQ8T7/RDXYQ8T7 present two sizes: 5 and 8 HP. Despite the increase in performance, the height of the unit heat exchanger 8 HP does not exceed 400 mm, so it is invisibly placed in the space behind the false ceiling.

The main constructive feature of the system of the fourth generation VRV-i is that the compressor and condenser are in separate enclosures-modules, and they are designed for placement inside the facility. It is very much in demand in areas of historic and/or dense urban development. The system preserves the appearance of the building, and the noise of the system is not heard from the outside.

The new system has the main advantages of VRV IV generation: it uses VRT refrigerant temperature variation technology and computerized startup VRV system configurator .

Compressor unit RKXYQ8T7 and heat exchanger unit RDXYQ8T7 will be available for order in September 2016, the relevant technical documentation will be posted in Daichi Phoenix database.

The expansion of the Daikin VRV IV-i range for flush mounting introduces several new features and improvements. One key feature is its reduced height, making it more discreet and suitable for installations where aesthetics are important. Additionally, it now comes with an advanced airflow system that provides enhanced comfort and energy efficiency.

Compared to the existing range, the flush-mounting option offers a sleeker and more integrated appearance, seamlessly blending into the surrounding environment. It also allows for easier installation in tight spaces where the traditional wall-mounted units may not be suitable.

However, there are some compatibility considerations and limitations to bear in mind. The flush-mounting option may not be suitable for all building structures or installations. It requires adequate space behind the unit for proper airflow and maintenance access. Additionally, it may have specific requirements for mounting height, electrical connections, and drainage. It is crucial to consult with a professional installer or Daikin representative to assess compatibility and ensure a successful installation.
