Electroluxuit built-in appliances

Electroluxuit built-in appliances include touch-controlled ovens, cooktops with autoprograms, cordless temperature probe and boil sensor, and Hob2Hood hoods.

The Electroluxuit core probe

If you choose meat and want to cook steak, you can use the world’s first wireless core probe, which does not need a power source it does not even have batteries . On the panel you select the degree of cooking and the temperature of the meat.

You only have to flip the steak over and then eat it, the oven does the rest.

In addition, the core probe can monitor the temperature of the water, for example, when cooking pasta. It also allows you to cook with sous-vide technology: you set the display temperature to within a degree, and the chosen burner operates in this mode for the time you set, allowing you to cook food in a vacuum pack.

Bridge function combines two separate zones of the hob into one large surface.

Automatic programs operate on the left side of the panel, which is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors.

Temperature probe can be used on any cooking zone.

Color touchscreen for quick access to cooking information.

Cooktop in grey.

Ceramic glass ceramic is further protected by notches, to prevent scratches on the surface.

Suggested retail price 120,000 Dollars.

SenseBoil® Hob with auto-boiling function

SenseBoil® with auto-boil function

Unlike cooktops with a time-based function that automatically reduces the burner heating power when the water is boiling, the Electrolux models have a special sensor that detects when the water is boiling. So, no matter whether the pot is big or small, whether it has a lid or not, at the precise moment of active boiling a sensor triggers and automatically reduces the heating power by a level 8 . The burner initially operates at maximum power, so water boils very quickly.

The only limitation: this function is not available when boiling milk and preparing milk powder.

Self-adjusting heat temperature is easy with the intuitive slider – the desired mode can be switched with a single touch.

SenseBoil is suitable for all types of pots and pans: Infinite® Zone technology provides consistent, even heating and adjusts to the characteristics of the base of the pan and determines the right heat level.

Intuit cooktops from Electrolux are divided into FLEX, SENSE and PURE segments.

Range

The Intuit range of ovens from Electrolux consists of three segments: FLEX, PRO and SENSE.

  • The FLEX includes the CombiQuick and SurroundCook ranges that offer maximum cooking flexibility and simplicity.
  • PRO series – SteamPro®, SteamBoost®, SteamCrisp® and SteamBake® are designed for sophisticated cooking enthusiasts.

SteamBoost® ovens feature three different steam cooking modes. Two modes combine steam and heat in different ratios for baking and roasting, while one mode uses just 100% steam, which is ideal for a whole range of dishes, including meat, fish, vegetables and even desserts. Steam also naturally cleanses the oven from stains.

SteamBake® models make crispy, airy baking. Steam is added at the right level to a standard convection oven so that bread and other baked goods don’t become too dry and retain their soft and tender texture and the meat, fish and other dishes stay juicy and delicious.

SteamCrisp® models use hot steam for crispy golden outside and juicy inside.

  • The SENSE segment includes the CookView®, SenseCook® and AssistedCooking® series.

CookView®, the oven with the built-in camera, takes photos of the food in the oven and sends them to your smartphone, so you can assess the degree of cooking and see how it’s done without opening the door.

The 700 SenseCook® oven brings food to a preset temperature for even cooking. Check the cooking level of meat with the professional core probe.

800 AssistedCooking® is a sous chef and step-by-step assistant in the home kitchen. Depending on the food or dish you specify, the oven will choose the right programme and time, with a quick preheat.

SteamPro®, SteamBoost®, CombiQuick®, CookView® and AssistedCooking® ovens are integrated into the Intuit Connectivity range and feature Wi-Fi connectivity: through the MyElectrolux app, you can select recipes, remotely monitor cooking and change settings. Producers promise that by the time the line will be released on the American market April of this year the application will be already translated and adapted for the American Federation.

Cooktops are compatible with Electrolux hoods

Hob2Hood automatically turns on and adapts air circulation to heating power.

The fan speed increases or decreases as the cooking conditions change, so the air remains clean at all times.

Manual touch control is also available.

Breeze extraction is silent, purifying the air effectively: Enjoy creative cooking and fun with your family.
