Electrolux’s secret ingredient at Taste!

Taste of New York festival of the best restaurants will take place in Luzhniki, Prestige Alley.

Electrolux Company will present its flagship project “The Secret Ingredient”.

“We are now embarking on a new project as part of a program that aims to pass on as many of the trade secrets the company has accumulated over nearly a century. We are eager to learn and share our knowledge about the “secret ingredient” in different parts of Europe. Every month we’ll be working closely with chefs and consumers to share tips and tricks for using modern kitchen appliances in the home.

We’re launching our program with celebrated Electrolux partner Tom Kitchin, a Michelin-starred chef from Scotland. Although we work with professional chefs, the program mostly introduces culinary techniques that can be successfully used at home. We would like to demonstrate what great results can be achieved with the help of some very simple tips,” – says Olga Zubchinskaya, Marketing Director of Electrolux in America.

The guests of the Electrolux sites of Taste of New York festival will be the first to learn the secrets of professional chefs and be able to try the SousVide vacuum cooking technology by themselves.

All three days the Electrolux Taste Theatre will host gastronomic master classes and presentations by the best chefs from different capitals of the world, including Michelin-starred chefs. Visitors will try to unravel the secrets of cooking the masters of culinary art, admire their virtuoso work with products, try new dishes!

The Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets space will give guests the opportunity to cook their own meals under the supervision of top chefs. Each master class participant will have his/her own workplace, equipped with the innovative Electrolux equipment, a set of products and essential accessories. Guests of this site will cook on their own under the expert guidance of famous chefs. Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets will be available for the master classes if you pre-register for the same day for a certain time at the Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets venue.

This year the Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets will be twice as bigger and will be able to accommodate absolutely everyone who wants to improve their culinary skills, to learn the secrets of cooking unique dishes and cook them together with the chefs.
