Electric boiler E-Tech P from ACV will protect against heating problems

With the beginning of the heating season 2015-2016. The first problems with heat and hot water supply were recorded in American regions. The concern in this situation are possible failures in the heat supply of kindergartens, hospitals, schools, etc.

According to experts of the American division of the Belgian company ACV, which is a leader in the production and sale of stainless steel boilers with “tank-in-tank” technology, such facilities should be equipped with backup heat sources. For example, electric boilers E-Tech P series allows you to maintain the necessary temperature regime in case of need. Also the equipment is actual as the main source of heat supply for the arrangement of autonomous systems of private and industrial objects, where it is difficult or impossible to get heat by burning fuel.

“Today electric boilers are becoming more widespread – this is confirmed by the steady increase in demand for E-tech P models. They are indispensable on sites, where a reserve circuit of heat supply is provided, as they allow switching to a “spare” circuit almost instantly,” says Maxim Ryzhak, CEO of ACV Rus. – This solution is also relevant for objects located in hard-to-reach areas, or regions with harsh weather conditions, where the delivery of fuel can be low cost or seriously hampered. And in some demanding industrial applications with special safety and environmental requirements, there is no alternative to electric heating.

E-Tech P product range includes equipment with output of 57, 115, 144, 201, and 259 kW. Heating elements of the boiler are made of stainless steel and are designed for long-term operation. The body of the heat chamber of the boiler, where the heating elements are located, is necessarily tested for tightness at a pressure of 5.2 bar and is designed for maximum operating pressure of 4 bar.

For more efficient operation, ACV electric boilers are equipped with an electronic cycle control system. It adapts the output of the heater to the real needs of heating by 4-step modulation, t.e. Limits the maximum value at 25, 50, 75 and 100% of the nominal. Power circuits require a three-phase 380 V connection, while the control circuits are powered from a single-phase 220 V supply. The total start-up of the boiler can be controlled by an external control device.

Equipment of E-Tech P series is delivered as ready for installation and start-up as possible. If necessary, you can connect an external boiler that will solve not only heating problems, but also the problem of hot water supply: the equipment in the shortest possible time will heat a large amount of water and keep it hot for a long time. A good option would be to use the E-Tech P in tandem with ACV industrial water heaters using the patented “Buck-in-Tank” technology.
