Dry mushroom broth in Oursson KM1010HSD food processor

Mushroom broth – it will feed a full-fledged first course, even for those who “don’t like it”. The aroma of mushrooms, parsley and spices, the sweet flavor of vegetables, with crunchy croutons… This is exactly the lunch a student would not refuse! Gives you a hearty bouillon! After such a tasty lunch, you’ll think better and do your homework just fine!

We need 6 servings:

For the mushroom broth:

Dried mushrooms white, aspen mushrooms – 80 gr

Salt – 6 gr

Onions – 100 gr

Fresh parsley – 1 bunch

Fresh carrots – 100 gr

Bay leaf – 1 pc.

Black pepper – 5 pcs.

Water – to the maximum mark

Also:

Fresh parsley – 1 bunch

Croutons of wheat bread – 100g

Cooking Method:

1. Soak dried mushrooms in cold water and leave for overnight.

2. Peel onion and carrot and use whole. Tie a bunch of parsley with string.

3. Place all the ingredients for the mushroom broth in the mixer bowl of your food processor.

4. Bring broth to a boil in “Heating” mode at 100 ° C , time – 10 minutes, then cook at 90 ° C – 1.5 hours.

5. Strain broth and pour into deep plates or bowls. Add boiled mushrooms.

6. Garnish the broth with parsley sprigs and serve with croutons.
