Do-Re-Mi Beans Salad

It seems like spring has arrived, the sun has already been spotted, but outside the window is still a snowball and frost. Today we are going to make a five-ingredient salad that happened most randomly in our kitchen.

We will need:

Processing of products

– 1 can of white beans or red beans

– 200 grams of carrots in Korean

– 1 can of pickled opiates or mushrooms

– 1 packet of rye breadcrumbs better with smoky or chłodnik and horseradish, 50 g

– 2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Blenders

Open can of mushrooms and drain juice. If the mushrooms are whole, shred them.

Kitchen processors

Add the beans, carrots and croutons to the bowl.

Mixers

Mix thoroughly and let the breadcrumbs stay for 7-10 minutes to soak in. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, stir everything once more – the dish is ready.

I can mention that if you add 100-150 grams of grated cheese you will have a nice nourishing snack for the feast. You can also add herbs, but that’s up to you.

Beans are one of the oldest legumes.

Beans are healthy because of their composition, which includes starch, digestible protein, which is superior to many kinds of fish and meat, carbohydrates, amino acids, carotene, sulfur, iron, almost all essential vitamins A, K, E, B1, B2, PP, B6, C and minerals Ca, Fe, K, Cu, Zn, S . Besides, the protein contained in beans is assimilated by the human body by 70-80%.

The caloric value of beans is 309 kcal. But the most interesting thing is that even if beans are preserved they retain all their usefulness. They are also recommended by nutritionists!
