The iconBIT company, based in Hong Kong and conducting development with the involvement of a large American team of specialists, announced and demonstrated at CEBIT a number of key new products designed to provide the user with a single “digital universe” on the Android platform, both at home and in mobile settings.
SMARTPHONES
The new smartphone iconBIT NetTAB MERCURY QUAD clearly reflects the latest trends in the mobile world, being “big” and powerful – on quad-core MTK 6589 platform and with high-quality 5.7″ HD display IPS +, 1280×720 . A solid body, 8 MPix camera with autofocus, two SIM cards, a slot for microSD cards, a powerful battery and the declared support for Android 4.2 meets most expectations. The first shipments to the CIS are scheduled for April and May.
The second top model, iconBIT NetTAB MERCURY QUAD HD, will be released next at the end of May, with the same quad-core MTK 6589, a reference 5 “Full HD display IPS +, 1920×1080 and a 13 MP camera.
Presenting these models, company specialists announce the completion of the convergence of iconBIT’s smartphone and tablet lines, allowing users to choose from top-end models with any display size from 4.5″ to 10.1″ . Unlimited connection: full phone functionality with two SIM cards and support for most international standards as well as 3G speed, Bluetooth, GPS.
Unlimited data storage: use microSD cards up to 64 GB and upload files from the cloud. No limits for entertainment and games, full support of popular media formats, downloadable applications and modern games.

The next generation of tablets from iconBIT was hotly discussed at the exhibition and attracted the attention of many experts.
Top model, NetTAB THOR QUAD HD, will be available in May, with a new quad-core processor, 10.1″ Full HD IPS+ display 1920×1080 and 2 GB memory for maximum performance in Android 4.2.
The new NetTAB MATRIX QUAD has a compact, streamlined design, and is based on the proven in the NetTAB PARUS QUAD quad-core Samsung Exynos processor.
