Coordinated electronic stabilization works in conjunction with optical lens stabilization to counteract camera shake when shooting handheld and produces smooth, clear videos.

With a 45-megapixel image sensor and DIGIC X processor, the EOS R5 C captures images of incredible clarity at up to 20 frames per second. DIGIC X also includes an innovative noise reduction technology that enables shooting at ISO 51,200, ideal for low light conditions such as indoor sports events. Photographers get even more creative freedom with HEIF format with 10-bit color depth, wider dynamic range and greater color reproduction. Optimized 8K workflow

The EOS R5 C supports internal recording in Cinema RAW Light with high definition, 12-bit color depth, wide dynamic range and wide color gamut. The file size remains within reasonable limits. Canon has introduced three new RAW file formats: RAW HQ high quality , RAW ST standard quality and RAW LT lightweight . Users can now choose a mode to suit the shooting requirements and production workflow. Two memory card slots – CFexpress 2.0 Type B and UHS-II SD – enables simultaneous recording in different formats, resolutions and color depths. For example, you can shoot 4K video at 120p and record audio at the same time. As well as Cinema RAW Light 12 bits, the EOS R5 C supports Canon’s popular XF-AVC 10 bit format with 810 Mbps bit rate and flexible MP4 settings. Full frame 8K sensor enables the EOS R5 C to capture 4K and Full HD with exceptional clarity, accurate color and minimal noise thanks to built-in oversampling.
