Cognac ice cream

We will need:

Nemox

75 ml. cocoa cream,

40 ml. cognac,

250 ml. cream,

3 egg whites,

50 gr. sugar,

A little grated nutmeg.

Method of preparation:

Stir together cream cocoa, brandy, cream, sugar and nutmeg in a large bowl. Whisk egg whites until stiff and add to the creamy mixture. Pour it all into the PURPLE. Chill for about 15-30 minutes.
