This combination sounds absolutely delicious! I’m curious to know if the walnuts add a nice crunch and nutty flavor to the coffee ice-cream? Are the walnuts finely chopped or left in larger pieces for a more textured experience? And finally, does the coffee flavor complement the nuttiness of the walnuts or is it more dominant?
