Coconut Feast

Will need:

Coconut Holiday

  • 180 ml of coconut milk or 100 ml of coconut syrup
  • 180 ml milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of granulated sugar
  • 7 g medium coffee
  • Lime zest

Preparation

Mix the milk with the coconut milk syrup and warm it up a little. Add granulated sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Take a preheated cup, moisten the edge of the cup and dip it in granulated sugar. Prepare in a cup 30-40 grams of espresso. Add the cooled milk-coconut mixture to the finished espresso and garnish with lime zest.
