Chicken stewed with vegetables and couscous

Ingredients:

  • Multicooker

    Fresh mint – 5g.

  • Chicken breast – 1 kg.
  • Carrots – 200 gr.
  • Leeks – 1 pc.
  • Cauliflower – 400g.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 40 gr.
  • Couscous – 350g.
  • Lemon – ½ Piece.
  • Parsley – 50g.

Method of cooking:

Dice chicken and peeled vegetables. Slice the tomatoes. Put everything in the steamer, drizzle with olive oil and add 100g of water. Put a steamer on top, cover with foil, place the couscous and add the water.

Turn on the “Multi Cooker” function temperature 110 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. When done cooking, spritz couscous with lemon juice, salt and add chopped mint. When serving, garnish with herbs.
