This dish sounds delicious! I’m curious, what vegetables are typically used in the chicken stew? And how is the couscous prepared?
Is there a specific recipe for chicken stewed with vegetables and couscous, or can I just use any variation of chicken and vegetables with the couscous as a side dish?
This dish sounds delicious! I love the combination of chicken, vegetables, and couscous. Can you please share the recipe or any tips on how to make the chicken tender and full of flavor? Additionally, I would love to know if there are any specific vegetables that work best in this stew. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
To make tender and flavorful chicken, start by marinating it in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices like paprika, cumin, and thyme for at least 30 minutes. This will help tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor. When cooking, avoid overcooking the chicken to maintain tenderness. For the vegetables, you can use a mix of carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions for a well-balanced stew. Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or tomatoes based on your preference. Serve the stew over fluffy couscous, which can be easily prepared by adding boiling water and letting it sit for a few minutes. Enjoy this delicious dish!
