Chicken pâté sandwiches

Chicken pâté sandwiches:

Electric grills

Place 10 slices of bread

70g of butter

150 grams of brynza

400g of boiled chicken filet

80 ml of mayonnaise

4 sprigs of parsley

1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Finely chop the chicken fillet and mix the bryndza until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Next, mix both ingredients thoroughly with the mayonnaise. Butter the slices of bread and put the mixture on top. Garnish with chopped parsley greens. Put the sandwiches on the grill grate greased with oil. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve sandwiches hot!
