Cherry Dumplings

You will need:

2 cups 3.2% kefir,

flour to create a fairly steep dough,

0.5 kg of cherries can be frozen ,


vanilla powder, semolina.

Preparation: knead dough out of kefir and flour, roll out a 3-4 mm thick on a lightly floured table, cut out circles from it, put 4-5 cherries in each one, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar mixed with vanilla powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of semolina to absorb the juice. Blanch the edges and cook for 7-8 minutes in the steamer.
