Cheese fancy

We will need

– 2 bowls since our casserole will be a “zebra” and the following ingredients,

For the first group:

-3 chicken eggs

-0.5 kg of cottage cheese I bought 10% fat

– 0,5 cup granulated sugar

For the second group:

-50 g of chocolate I bought a regular bar in the store

-50g of liquid cream.

Cooking

Let’s begin cooking. Add cottage cheese in granulated sugar, beat two eggs and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.Pour the cream into a ladle, add the chopped chocolate and melt over a low heat.

Next, divide the curd mass into two parts, put the first into the bowl of multicooker and add the resulting creamy chocolate. Take a tablespoon and add the second part in the center of the bowl, spreading to make a zebra.

On the panel of the multicooker select the mode “Baking”. On the panel of the multicooker select the “Baking” mode, set the cooking time: 50 minutes, close the lid. When the time is up, take the bowl out of the multicooker, turn it upside down, and gently remove the casserole.

You can serve it with slices of strawberries, raspberries or grapes cut in half, pour the cream or syrup and put a sprig of mint.

It tastes very tender, fluffy, moderately sweet for the candy lovers it’s better to add more sugar , for children this unusual “cottage cheese fantasy” is a yummy treat! The recipe is not complicated at all, it took me about 10 minutes to cook, but I had lots of impressions!
