Champagne cocktail with basil

There is also non-alcoholic variant ā€“ with mineral water or ā€œSpriteā€ but combination of champagne and basil is so unique and exquisite that youā€™d better try it when the kids are at grandmaā€™s and the car is in the garage.

We will need:

Champagne cocktail with basil

300 grams of fresh strawberries or raspberries,

ice,

1 bottle of champaign,

basil.

Method of preparation:

To crumble ice in a blender, fill glasses up to the middle. Mix the strawberries and the basil leaves, put them in a blender, pour the champagne into each glass, put a half of strawberry on the rim of each glass and serve immediately.
