Carrot very healthy smoothie

We need

  • Juicers

    4 large carrots

  • 1 large celery stalk with leaves
  • 2 large apples
  • Ice.

Preparing

Squeeze juice from peeled carrots and thoroughly rinsed celery in a centrifuge juicer.

Peel and peel apples, cut into small pieces, put in a blender, add ice and squeeze juice.

Stir again, pour into glasses and garnish with celery leaves.
